What does the phrase "delivering audience driven media" mean?

It means that the staff behind Gia Scott's Dawn of Shades actively seek out the opinions and interests of the audience to decide what topics we will be exploring on the program.

How do we do that?
Sometimes, its not easy to get people to speak up, especially if they basically like something. People are much more likely to become vocal when they strongly DISLIKE something than when they like it, which makes things a bit tricky. We pay attention to the virtual auditorium comments during the show, we listen when the topics we've had on the air are discussed, we listen to discussion groups that aren't directly related to the show or stations we appear on, and then we sort of take an educated wild guess. We have tried surveys, but it seems that most people aren't inclined to answering the questions, whether its 2 questions or 200 questions. We regularly encourage people to email us with suggestions or requests, but they aren't as forthcoming as we would like either. Make our day and email us!
